Great place to stay, right in the town of Bryson City. Had great mountain views out the front. It is close to the road, but you dont hear any of the traffic or restaurants near by. Its a bit of a funky layout, but seriously was the only complaint... beds were comfortable, couches, everything was perfect.

This place was definitely accommodating and spacious. It had some quirks that made sharing a space complicated like no hallway directly to the kitchen. We loved the sitting area in the livingroom and the ease of access to restaurants and shops around us!

10-stars! Great location with a quick walk to everything downtown Bryson City and short drive to Deep Creek for tubing and waterfalls. Also walk to the train for the fun day trip! But best of all...this house was so clean I would kidnap the housekeeper if I could! Sparking, organized and incredibly well maintained. The furniture is not rental furniture, it's beautiful top quality decor. Loved the master bed, sooo comfy. Now for suggestions- add a small table and chairs for back yard, so we can sit while the dogs run around the fenced yard. And please, management company return phone calls! Call 3x, left messages and even went to the office....ghosts! Luckily, no Real issues Just a few questions but it sure would have been nice to hear back from you.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved the gorgeous view at sunset and the hot tub. We did have some issues with the water being off during our stay, but the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Driveway definitely does need 4x4. We would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the great town of Bryson City! All the shops and restaurants are in easy walkable distances and we got a great view of the Smoky Mountain Railroad train. The house was clean, had wonderful appliances and lots of space. It was very accommodating to pets as well. Would definitely go back!

The house was perfect. Very clean, comfortable for 5 people and a pet, walkable to everything in Bryson City, and the house was well equipped with everything you need. I will definitely be staying here again.

we enjoyed the location and environment very much. cute theme. bears everywhere for decorations. we enjoyed the retro video game table they had. everything was wonderful. they did not have any tin foil and the only large skillet had a coating that was worn out. bring your own skillet and tin foil and you're good to go! also a box of brillo pads would have been helpful.

Perfect location for us. Only complaint we had was beds were softer than we preferred and no gas in grill bottles even after confirming after arrival. Luckily we were able to get gas in Saturday morning early before our big cooking extravaganza Saturday evening. Had plenty of room for our group and well stocked linens and dishes. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a little rustic and we loved it, but may not be for those with sensitive noses. We opened the windows and loved listening to the water on the creek in the morning and the porch view was amazing We were able to turn around all vehicles but it was tight. No room for trailers at all. Just a fyi. Glad I left my raft trailer at home.

Morgan was very accomodating with all of our needs, plus allowed us to stay a few hours extra when my husband was sick and we had to be in ER until almost 3 am.
